We all have our dreams. But we also have reality. Sometimes those two get along and sometimes they don't. My job is to help you identify what is really priority and must-haves. My approach requires everyone involved in the purchasing decision to write down what they have to have in a home and what they would like to have. And then the fun begins with family negotiations!

Once we're set, I will work daily to locate properties that match your criteria. And we can talk daily or weekly, whatever schedule you prefer, to review our progress and make sure everything on your checklist is still just as you want.

I limit the number of active purchasing clients I have at any given time so everyone receives the high quality of service I demand of myself.
